How to Report an Incident to CERT.br
CERT.br receives incident reports exclusively via e-mail.
To contact CERT.br regarding security incidents related to Brazilian networks send an email to:

We encourage you to send the report directly to the network or
domain contact, and to keep CERT.br (cert@cert.br)
on the message's "Cc:".
You can find network and domain contacts at the Brazilian Whois
database, available at the Whois
server: whois.nic.br.
You can also check if the network have a CSIRT looking at the list of Brazilian CSIRTs Contact Information.
CERT.br PGP KEY
CERT.br PGP Key has annual validity and the year's key is generated in January.
